Bromleians made it three wins from three with a comfortable victory over Samuel Montague.
Following on from two good wins over the Easter Bank holiday weekend, Bromleians continued their charge up the table with two second half strikes.
Manager Ben Kotey unsuprisingly named an unchanged side from the one that hammered Westerham 4-0 just 5 days earlier.
Once again the weather hampered the play with very strong wind blowing towards the Bromleians goal in the first half.
Montague failed to take advantage in the first half with the only notable effort deflecting over the bar on the half hour mark.
Bromleians offered little in the first half also with their sole effort on goal saw Steve Shippey head over from a whipped in Corner. HT 0-0.
Bromleians second half advantage of the stron winds paid after just 6 minuetes of the restart.
A low corner wasnt dealt with by Montague keeper Lee Puttman and Shippey nodded in his 5th goal in six starts.
It was 0-2 on 65 when neat move ended Montague hopes of getting naything out this game.
Steve McCarthy found Shippey on the left wing nad the striker cut inside beating two players before switching the ball out to Jamie Collins on the right. His angled pass found Alfred Keroma in space. The prolific striker needed two opportunties before firing pass Puttman to effectivly end the game. That was Keroma's 14th Goal of the campaign and he surely has one eye on the Golden Boot!.
Montague for all thier Guile and effort could not find a way back although a smart save From the Bromleians Keeper on 81 kept the scoreline the same.
Bromleians continue to steadily climb the table meanwhile Montague will be looking over their shoulder after this result.
